Audio Visual Entrainment: David Delight Pro vs Kasina
Audio-visual entrainment (AVE) is a non-invasive technique that involves the use of specialized equipment to deliver a combination of light and sound stimuli to the brain. This can be achieved using devices such as light-emitting diodes (LEDs) and headphones, which synchronize the frequency and intensity of the light and sound. AVE is believed to work by stimulating specific brainwave patterns, such as alpha and theta waves, which are associated with relaxation and meditation. AVE has been studied for its potential therapeutic benefits in conditions such as anxiety, depression, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
The Kasina from mind place doesn’t have Cranio-Electro Stimulation. It only has Audio-Visual Entrainment.
The David delight pro only offers offers brain-studied sessions without any “woo woo” sessions or music like those available on the Kasina.
The Kasina has more comfortable glasses which completely black out the light around. That’s a plus compared to the David however it’s not super important to me as I can just put an eye mask on my forehead or a shirt and it blacks out most of the light if I use it during the day.
The David’s headphones are not the most comfortable either but I just use my own earphones instead.
These 2 mentioned cons do not impact the effectiveness of the David Delight Pro, which I highly recommend for individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, or difficulties in meditation and focus. Consistent use of the David Delight Pro can help individuals learn to control their own brain frequency without relying on the device
