Cranial Electro Stimulation (CES): Sota BioTuner vs David Delight Pro
Cranial electro stimulation (CES) is a non-invasive form of neuromodulation that involves applying a low-level electrical current to the scalp via electrodes placed on the earlobes. The electrical stimulation stimulates certain nerve pathways in the brain and promote the release of neurotransmitters, such as endorphins and serotonin, which may help alleviate symptoms of anxiety, depression, and pain.
The Sota Bio tuner has a more powerful CES however nothing equals using the David delight pro CES at the same time as its Audio-Visual Entrainment (AVE).
The combination effect of the AVE and CES simultaneously is unparalleled: you can really feel the structure of your brain change overtime.
You can also use the David deligh pro CES by itself by unplugging the eyeset and headphones.
The Sota biotuner has an annoying beep after 20 min which isn’t ideal if you’re using it for prolonged meditations or to fall sleep. It would have been better if they designed it with a timer knowing that its safe to use the CES uninterrupted all day (I asked the manufacturer and I’ve also tried it many days in a row myself. It’s life changing! You become a different person! It’s really beneficial for people with brain injuries, but make sure you read my legal disclaimer, I’m not a doctor).
